Kris came to service and sweep my chimney, excellent job carried out and my stove burnt very well afterwards. No mess was left after the job was carried out. Kris then fitted a cowl after ordering a suitable one for my chimney. Very reasonably priced, highly recommend.

I called Kris as we had a large amount of water coming down our chimney during heavy rain, despite having a downdraft cowl already in place. He came out to us within 2 hours of calling and carried out an inspection of the inside of the chimney to find the source of the water ingress. Within an hour he returned with a new cowl/rain cap and fitted it for us in heavy rain, despite it being his day off! He was extremely polite, helpful and professional and helped us out greatly at very short notice. I highly recommend Kris and will use him for all future chimney related needs.

Couldn't recommend Kris highly enough. We contacted him to sweep my grandma's chimney and to fit a new cowl. Kris arrived at exactly the time agreed, very obligingly fitting around us. He assessed the state of the chimney and gave us his honest opinion, which was that a new cowl simply was not needed and he wouldn't feel happy taking money for work that didn't need doing. We really appreciated this honesty and the fact that he didn't try to just maximise the profits of the call out. If you're after an honest, professional and friendly chimney sweep, Kris is your man!

Excellent service Kris fitted us in at very short notice. Very professional and very clean. He issued us with a completion certificate and advised that we get a carbon monoxide alarm. We would recommend Complete Sweep without any hesitation.
